Welcome to BizInsightNow. By using our consulting services, digital resources or physical goods, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of BizInsightNow offerings. If you do not accept them, please do not proceed with any purchase or engagement.

2. Services

BizInsightNow offers business analytics consulting engagements. Services are scheduled upon confirmation of your request. You may request a reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. After that period, sessions are deemed delivered and no refund will be provided due to the custom nature of the session and time allocation.

3. Information Products

Digital resources such as reports, templates and courses are accessible immediately after purchase. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided you have not downloaded or accessed the product. Once access is granted, you are not eligible for a refund.

4. Goods

Physical items purchased through BizInsightNow may be sharinged within 30 days in original condition. You are responsible for sharing shipping. Once sharinged items pass inspection, a refund will be processed to the original method of purchase within 10 days.

5. Payments

All charges are clearly stated on the site and are due in full prior to access or delivery. Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued based on the category of the offering and in accordance with the above sections. Refunds will be processed using the same method used for purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for completion.

7. No Refund Services

Custom consulting sessions that have already commenced or been delivered are not refundable. This policy ensures resource allocation and maintains service quality.

8. Changes to Terms

BizInsightNow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
